Belizean roots. Over 25 years of culinary experience.
Before your first bite, there’s a story worth knowing. A native Belizean, Chef Reynaldo Arzu brings approximately 26 years of culinary experience to the table in 2026. His connection to The Split dates back to 2015, when his arrival introduced a vision for “island nouveau” cuisine and a new chapter in this iconic destination’s food story.
